I just wanted to share with you a quick preview of one of the new tools being developed at www.set-and-forget.com supply and demand community, the supply and demand auto levels indicator. It’s been a few months since development of this indicator started, and not yet finished, it needs a few fixes and more debugging but it will be definitely a great tool that will help all you if you intend to keep on trading supply and demand imbalances.

Development of this indicator has been discontinued

  • Auto detection of supply and demand imbalances as per the rules at this thread
  • Auto detection of CPs (continuation patterns, rally-base-rally, drop-base-drop)
  • Detection of opposing levels being removed in order to validate brand new imbalance. An opposing level needs to be removed in order to get validated
  • Calculation of the curve (how high or low price is) on H4/Daily/Weekly/Monthly charts
  • Trend and Trendlines are calculated automatically by connecting the latest valleys and peaks
  • Detection of potential levels
  • Toggle on/off for non-fresh levels so only fresh levels are displayed on the chart
  • Levels and trendlines can be modified manually on each timeframe, they will remembered if changed. Calculation is not perfect, it will never be perfect, so this feature is needed
  • Step functionality will allow you to move a vertical line on any chart and see how levels and trendlines where created, great to learn how imbalances react to each other and visual backtests
  • Levels and trendlines are saved automatically and remembered.
  • Levels can be synced with other Metatrader platforms at your desktop, VPS or dedicated server. No need to save/load templates
  • And many other features

I’ve created a small quick preview video of how the indicator works, it’s not perfect and it does not intend to be. It’s just impossible to detect all imbalances and trendlines correctly, I’ve learnt to live with that, so it’s not a big problem.

The video can be seen at this link:

This indicator will only be available to members of www.set-and-forget.com supply and demand community

Have a great Monday and week! My best wishes!
